Position Summary:

​

High volume roofing/construction company seeking Job Site Supervisors to perform inspections on newly installed roofs and oversee roof installations. Must be able to walk a roof, clean up, take photos and document any issues with installation. Must be outgoing, energetic and willing to talk to homeowners as needed..

 

 

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in managing teams, preferably in the roofing or home improvement industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize strategies.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
