Position Summary:

Local Storm Restoration company is looking for a Canvassing Manager to lead team of canvassers. We need a strong team leader that is passionate, highly goal-oriented with a take charge ability to manage a canvas team which would involve taking your team to areas that have had storm damage and going door to door to meet with homeowners and seek the opportunity for our representatives to provide a free no obligation inspection on their home for potential storm damage. This position has high potential for growth within our company for the right individual.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience in managing canvassing teams, preferably in the roofing or home improvement industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize strategies.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
